You are so lucky to have plumeria. Our fragrant blooms and plants are mostly agastache and lavender. The agastache have different scents like bubblegum and spearmint. I love having those and so do the hummingbirds and butterflies...and bees....Most of our garden is colorful, but not overly scented.
Sounds beautiful! I've always wanted to plant a 'butterfly' garden, but never got around to it. We're in the middle of a drought down here, so everything's looking a little brown. For some reason, though, my plumeria is flourishing.
